Chocolate
Fudge -
Let's put some of that butter you made earlier to a good use.To make
this recipe you'll need a 250g block of chocolate, 100g of butter, a
sturdy plastic baking bowl,{don't use a crap plastic tub as it'll melt
when you put it in the boiling water}some water and a pot big enough
to hold the plastic baking bowl. Put some water in the pot and bring
to the boil. Turn down the heat to a simmer. Sit the bowl in the pot
making sure it is touching the water. Break up the chocolate and butter
and add to the bowl, stirring all the time. While it is melting, why
not add some raisins, broken digestive biscuit, orange or lemon rind.
Basically, you can add whatever you prefer. Keep stirring until all
the chocolate is melted, then pour into a shallow greaseproof tin. If
you're adding biscuit, wait until it is nearly ready to be poured out
and then add it. It keeps it's crunchiness that way. Set aside to cool,
then refridgerate to harden. Take care when eating. Take moderate portions.
Blouses can lick one finger.
Milk
Shakes - After you make
the chocolate fudge, put the leftovers in the bowl to good use. There's
always some left. This'll save you from putting your face in and trying
to lick the bottom of the bowl. Put the bowl back inside the pot of
water and scrape all the chocolate from the side of the bowl. It'll
melt again with the heat.Add some milk and stir for a few minutes. Better
still, add some milk that you made earlier. Pour into a cup and drink
while the chocolate is cooling. Phone your pals and have a chocolate
party and get them all melted.
